The Blue Haven Food Company (BHFC) is a dedicated catering and food manufacturing company founded in Kinsale, Co Cork, The Gourmet Capital of Ireland, specialising in restaurant quality food products with signature seafood dishes at our core. Creating wholesome dishes that are free from artificial preservatives and additives, all are gluten free without compromising taste.

Kinsale was always an important fishing port and the Blue Haven Fishmarket was an integral part of this success. Since the 15th Century, fish has been exported all over Europe from Kinsale. Thanks to this prestigious heritage Kinsale is now known all over the world for its restaurants and seafood.
Starting out in 2008, utilising the kitchens of the Blue Haven Hotel, we began producing signature products for farmers markets and our gourmet store and café in The Old Bank House. As demand grew for our restaurant quality products a new home in a custom built unit was found. Since then, through innovation and uncompromising quality BHFC, has established valued relationships with Tesco, Musgraves, BWG and Dunne stores along with many independent stores throughout the country.
